Responsibilities of Stenographer

  Stenographers are trained to read and type very fast.   This method is very vital and pre-trial.   Stenographers are responsible to do all the things.   They are responsible for recording all the data, conferences, meetings, official issues, events, etc.   They are keeping a clear and transparent image of matters and represent fair and correct data to their seniors.   Other qualities they have is their focus, attention, and listening to everything very carefully.   Stenographers are usually appointed by local and state governments as court reporters. They usually work for courts or legislatures to broadcast legal proceedings.   Similar positions are available in law firms, businesses, and medical facilities that prefer a written record of conversations and meetings.   Some steno typists are self-employed freelancers and provide transcription services as needed.  

Stenographer and UPSC

     Most people have asked that stenographers can become the IAS officer.        As I knew and searched that, it is true stenographer can give the UPSC exam and need to qualified that.   So, then the stenographer becomes an IAS officer. In this field, you will see many criticisms and be bewildered.   However, as you know, the UPSC department is a government department and in this sector, so many intrigues and manipulation are seen.   Now, Union Public Service Commission will be conducting Section Officer and Stenographer jobs after 7 years.   This exam is on a national level based.        This exam is conducted in stenography for Grade B/Grade 1 and The selection process for UPSC SO Steno will depend on the written exam and evaluation of the service of students. The aspirants will call for assessment only after they will secure minimum qualifying marks.

Is SSC Stenographer exam is tough?

A Stenographer exam is coming in December 2022, you can fill out the form and give the exam.     If I say yes SSC steno exam is not tough, so it's true, it is easy than UPSC and CGL. So if, you want to give the SSC exam and want to become Stenographer. You have to follow some tips and practice the previous papers.   The minimum educational qualification required to appear in the SSC Stenographer exam is 12 or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.   SSC Stenographer Grade C and D exams are easy because math questions are not included in them.

English and Hindi Shorthand

  English and Hindi Shorthand is a rapid writing technique.   It is based on the skill in which minutes you can write and translate the readable language.             Both Shorthands are different in their stage.  If you want to learn and study both so you should imbibe English shorthand then you can fill your deep desire to learn Hindi Shorthand.        Because Hindi Shorthand is not easy as you think it is different but not simple Although you know English Shorthand then you can study Hindi Shorthand.           I will teach you both shorthand and if you connect with me on this blog and my coming videos. Rules of Shorthand

         Shorthand's rules are simple to do practice, need to give full concentration, and give full effort to learn.   If you want to remember the rules of shorthand you can study the whole book and do practice all the suggestions & exercises.      Rules are very important to any stenographer if you want to become a better and perfect stenographer and typist.   You should learn all the rules of shorthand & imperative to know stenography.      Some languages are very vital and appealing.   If you give a sterling performance in shorthand you can have to thrust in this and adorn yourself with a stenographer tag, which is of your identity.   All stenographers need to face the challenges and deal with different-2 matters, give their utterances & clear writing.  This is not easy to learn but if you do hard work definitely you will cross your boundaries. Pitman Shorthand

  The Pitman Shorthand is not only a normal skill but it is a system of the shorthand where we use in English language and it is developed by Sir Issac Pitman.   It is invented 1837 and in this we use straight stroke and circles to represents consonants sounds.   It is require practices till speed of word is not improved so, then you can use pitman shorthand book to read and study.   In Pitman Shorthand book stenography very easily discover and explained clearly.     Pitman's shorthand is designed to be written on lined paper and when a word's first vowel is a "first position" vowel  the whole shorthand outline for the word is written above the paper's ruled line        

Stenographer life in MEA

       Stenographer life in MEA is overly good.      The Ministry of affairs, they do not give cumbrous work to their employee/stenographers.      MEA jobs like stenographer have ladoos in both hands.   This government sector gives privileges to the employees.     When Stenographer got enough knowledge of stenography and passed the examination so, they can apply for foreign posting along with provided privileges.      In This ministry, you get a lot of opportunities to make more money and enhance your career and go aboard with these facilities.   MEA is not a small government area but it is a very vital and large scale for the career.
