How to become a court stenographer?

A stenographer needs to train to become a court stenographer. They should have a maximum of 2 to 4 years of training.

 

Being a Court Stenographer they need knowledge of new instruction or pre-established guidelines. They need to have some knowledge of concepts, documents, commonly used practices, etc. in the particular field. The court Stenographer work under immediate supervision.

 

Before becoming a court stenographer students need to clear the eligibility criteria of the course/program. The student needs to have passed class 12 from a recognized board (Central/State). The student can be a pass in any stream but should have secured a minimum of 60% in their class 12.

 

The age limit is set by the Government offices students need to be 18 to 30 years. Then they give a high court test/exam of computer base after that give skill test of shorthand then they will be eligible for a stenographer to court.

      Yes, the stenography is still in use because it’s not outdated.     I know you all have curious thinking regarding stenography where it came from and still use or not.     Students stenography was ancient from 450bc, its name was cuneiform. this language was similar to Egyptian languages like images languages.     Although, the Chinese reinvented that and change the name from cuneiform into shorthand.     Chinese culture was the first to adopt a concise language for court reporting.     Rome and Greece have adopted this language in different ways.
