Stenography for law

Law for stenography is very different.  Because every court has the same law for a stenographer.  It's on the stenographer whether he wants to bond with this legal rule and regulation or not.

Law prefers both professional and licensed stenographers.

In court, the stenographer is also known as the court reporter. They are responsible for taking word-to-word transcription because these records after that become official legal records.

The amount of trained and certified stenographers is required for law. Besides that court, some state courts require a notarized stenographer and others require a certified court reporter designation, which passed a state examination.

In the law of stenographers, if file knowingly or unknowingly false files and also transcribe in the same word which they have written in shorthand, will be chargeable by law and state jurisdiction.

 A stenographer is an officer who is appointed by the court as an official act. 

The stenographer must attend court and to be present, or on-call, throughout the entire trial.

      Yes, the stenography is still in use because it’s not outdated.     I know you all have curious thinking regarding stenography where it came from and still use or not.     Students stenography was ancient from 450bc, its name was cuneiform. this language was similar to Egyptian languages like images languages.     Although, the Chinese reinvented that and change the name from cuneiform into shorthand.     Chinese culture was the first to adopt a concise language for court reporting.     Rome and Greece have adopted this language in different ways.
