Hello Friends,  Welcome to this post.  As I said in my previous posts I will bring you my youtube video on this course.  So, this is my first video for you & I will give you more on this course soon.

 

 

This is a video about the Introduction to stenography and basic knowledge.

Ans. The system of shorthand writing presented in the following pages was invented by "Sir Isacc Pitman". We can read & write easily at a speed that is called shorthand/stenography it depends on our pronunciation is really the name of phonography. Romanic Alphabet of 26 letters straight strokes.

 

3. Scope:- Government (SSC,DSSB,COURT,MEA)

 

4. Steno types:- English, Hindi

 

5. Course Duration:- 6 to 1 year

 

6. Rules:- Practice 2 to 4 hrs, Use Pen and Steno Pencil, Don't use Eraser, Use lining Register & Note Pad.

 

7. Pitman Shorthand Book required for this course

Phonography, the name was originally given to pitman shorthand has been briefly but accurately defined as “the art of representing spoken sounds by character; a system of shorthand.  Consequently, many of the letters of that alphabet are necessary to represent different sounds. Two simple illustrations will demonstrate the difference between the ordinary spelling and phonetic method, which is the distinctive feature of pitman shorthand.

IS STENOGRAPHY STILL USE AND WHERE?

      Yes, the stenography is still in use because it’s not outdated.     I know you all have curious thinking regarding stenography where it came from and still use or not.     Students stenography was ancient from 450bc, its name was cuneiform. this language was similar to Egyptian languages like images languages.     Although, the Chinese reinvented that and change the name from cuneiform into shorthand.     Chinese culture was the first to adopt a concise language for court reporting.     Rome and Greece have adopted this language in different ways. Rome adopted shorthand for its legal system as well and Greece picked up for the trend.     Stenography is a hidden language that is supported in both types of the Government sector.
